·       Design enterprise network solutions across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and VPN environments to support scalable and secure operations.

·       Configure and manage advanced network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers in multi-site environments.

·       Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis across layered network architectures, including SD-WAN overlays, underlay routing, and ISP connectivity.

·       Implement and optimize routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) including route redistribution, path selection, and failover strategies.

·       Design and enforce network security architecture including ACLs, firewall policies, segmentation, and Zero Trust/SASE frameworks.

·       Integrate and manage secure access solutions such as VPN, Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), and identity-based access controls.

·       Support and optimize hybrid cloud networking (Azure/AWS) including VNet/VPC connectivity, VPN gateways, and private connectivity (ExpressRoute/Direct Connect).

·       Analyze network performance using telemetry data (SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog) and implement improvements to ensure high availability and SLA compliance.

·       Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards integrating network performance data to track uptime, site-level availability, and overall network health metrics.

·       Manage network asset lifecycle and inventory, including hardware/software tracking, capacity planning, and EOL/EOS risk mitigation.

·       Execute network change management (CAB) with detailed implementation plans, risk assessment, and rollback procedures.

·       Participate in creating and maintaining detailed network documentation including architecture diagrams, IP addressing schemes, and operational runbooks.

Educational Requirement: A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related field.
